REPAIRS AND EXCHANGES


All sales are final unless one of the following exceptions is met.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect merchandise
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us at by filling out the Contact form above for review. Depending on the issue, we can either repair the item or offer an exchange if the item is available. Please see below for further details.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if you have recieved the incorrect product. If you need to exchange an item, please fill out the contact form above 

Repairs (if applicable)
If you damage your item or the item needs repair, we are happy to fix it for you. Please submit a request in the contact form above.. Repairs will be accepted for free within 60 days of purchase.

Any repairs that are required after 60 days of purchase can and will be fixed at a quoted rate. If this applys to you please fill out the contact form above.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders ship from Vancouver BC CANADA.

All orders will begin processing within 2-5 days unless otherwise noted. 

Shipments are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of weekends and major Canadian Holidays.

International Shipping
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties.  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. .
